Irvine, CA – June 8, 2021 –TURBO, a leading global manufacturer of water polo suits, caps, and robes has signed an agreement with USA Water Polo to rejoin the national governing body as the Official Competition Gear Supplier. As part of the agreement, TURBO will outfit the USA National Teams at every level along with producing custom products for the ODP program, and the U.S. Olympic Water Polo Teams competing in Tokyo.

With headquarters based in Spain, TURBO is distributed domestically in California by KAP7 International, Inc. and is anchored in the United States by water polo greats, Bradley Schumacher and Wolf Wigo. Schumacher, a two-time Olympic Gold medalist in swimming at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta played for the U.S. Men's Olympic Water Polo team in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. Wigo, a long-time captain of the Men's National Team and a three-time Olympian, competed in the Olympic Games in 1996, 2000, and 2004. Currently he is Head Coach of the UC Santa Barbara Men's Water Polo teams and has also served as a color commentator for NBC Olympics.
