I got my first concussion as a goalie (that I know of) recently in a masters tournament. Glad to get this cap for the added protection and extra padding. It’s comfortable, doesn’t feel different to me than a regular cap, and it’s big enough for the male goalies on the team as well (so they’ll be getting their own soon!)
