Leg Fitness Drill using K7 1Kg Ball

In this video we cover a great drill you can use alone or with a partner. Work in ball handling and game realistic movements into your passing and leg strength drills. We like to mix this in to a passing drill. For example do :30 Seconds of high position passing dominant hand, then move close and do this drill 3X and repeat X number of times.
